I enjoy starting projects, much more than I enjoy finishing current ones. I’ve been programming since about 2004, and been working professionally as a developer since 2014. I don’t use social media.
I prefer clean code relying on the standard library over complex code relying on third party code. I reject all dogma; readable code is more important than efficient code (Otherwise, why are we hacking anything except machine code?). Trends change, I prefer to keep away from them.
Originally I wanted to create a forum for me and my friends to use to discuss all kinds of random stuff - but they were not interested in this arrangement. Instead, a friend suggested we embrace the web nature of blogs to achieve the same thing, so here we are.
